Billboard named  sister group Chloe X Halle its Rising Star at the 15th annual Billboard Women in Music event.  Chloe X Halle achieved success with their single  ‘Do It,’  along with their  album, ‘Ungodly Hour” Beyonce, Knowles  presented them with the honor as they are signed to her label.
